Composers Concordance is presenting a concert on October 15th, 8 PM, called Pitches at and Exhibition.The music consists of 72 one-minute settings for SATB choir. These compositions by numerous composers are musical responses to paintings by Rainer Gross’ epic series ’72’, inspired by the Kabbalah.

NYCC members Debra Kaye, Joe Pherson, and Gene McBride will have their SATB works premiered at this concert featuring many but not all of the 72 compositions. (A full concert of all 72 compositions will be presented at a later date to be announced.)

The venue is Gallery MC, located at 549 West 52nd Street, New York, NY (between 10th and 11th Aves.).
