The New York Composers Circle has elected Hubert Howe, Jr. as its next Managing Director.  Dr. Howe succeeds Richard Brooks, who served the NYCC as Managing Director from 2009-2012.  Patricia Leonard, an NYCC composer member, will serve as Deputy Director.
