Tamara Casour is stepping in for an ailing pianist to perform the Shostakovich Cello Concerto (piano reduction) #1, Movement #1 only, with the young cellist Albert Kim on Sept. 29, 2011.

Concert is at 7 p.m. at the Long Island Conservatory of Music, 1125 Willis Avenue, Albertson, NY 11507.
